Audubon Savings Bank (ASB) worked with R2A to design and assist with the opening of their ground-up 20,000 square foot Headquarters in Audubon, NJ. Our services included Planning, Programming, Architectural, Interior Design, and consulting engineering services.
The $8M building featured a basement floor that was fitted out with I.T./Data center, conference rooms, and building support spaces; First floor was dedicated to lobby, conference rooms, and residential lending program space; Second Floor was dedicated to Commercial Lending programming and was fitted with Conference rooms; Third Floor was fitted out with Executive and Administrative Offices and well as the Board Room.
In addition to ASB’s HQ;R2A was retained to design several ASB branch Offices throughout the Delaware Valley.
