R2Architects master planned and conceptualized a ground-up 140,000 SF office complex which included:
- Public waiting areas
- Modern offices
- Work cubicles
- Classrooms
- Training rooms
- Conference rooms
- Break rooms
- Testing center
- Support facilities
This 2-story building provided services to county residents and offices for the County, State of New Jersey and various affiliated organizations. The objective was to have the facility provide a safe and accessible environment to both staff and the public, be pleasant to work in, comply with codes and regulations, be visually attractive and incorporate durable institutional quality materials and construction techniques. We also wanted the building to be functionally enduring, energy conservative, and economical to construct and maintain.
Surface parking, landscaping and stormwater management devices would be required for this project.
