Erbil Towers

Erbil Towers is a ground-up Residential/Resort Tower in the Middle East. The design included:
- High Rise Hotel Condominiums
- Restaurants
- Convention Facilities/Ballrooms
- Retail
- Spa
- Indoor Pool
- Fitness center.
The design of the residential tower featured a very special amenity where the elevator cores where strategically planned and designed to provide the residents with vertical transportation in the building directly to their unit. This approach is in contrast to the conventional single elevator lobby core.
Our scope included the complete design of the public areas and the residential units. R2A was responsible for interior finishes, architectural lighting, furniture, fixtures, and accents. The residential included the apartments that featured unique millwork and furnishings.
