The South Jersey Federal Credit Union has a state-of-the-art ground-up, two-story, Operations Center in Deptford, NJ. The project’s goals were met to program present and future space needs for the Executive Offices, Marketing Division, Call Center, and Training Center of the South Jersey Federal Credit Union. The project was awarded the Silver LEED Certification by the US Green Building Council.
The new Operations Building, located at the same site where R2A’s Principal, John, previously designed the 15,000 SF South Jersey Main Office Center ten (10) years ago, features an impressive atrium that connects all the departments. The building is fitted with advanced conferencing capabilities, staff teaching and training spaces, thirty (30) person call center, and multiple staff lounges that serve as informal staff meeting rooms. The building is also fitted with high tech biometric security and access systems that are automated with the buildings main electronic backbone. This operations center is linked to all the regional South Jersey Federal Credit Union sites.
R2A was responsible for the site planning of the property, research, recommendations, and specification of all furniture, fabrics, artwork and custom frames.
